We propose a completely new dynamic modeling framework for credit risk evaluation that extends the prevailing credit rating scoring styles developed on historical facts static options. The driving plan mimics the principle of films, by composing the design that has a sequence of snapshots, rather than one photograph. In doing this, the dynamic mode
